Returns Policy


Customer will print (RMA) form and fill-out as required for all returns or exchanges to be considered for authorization. The completed (RMA) form should be e-mailed to: shipping123@greatnortherndocks.com. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition and include all accessories. Dock Shop reserves the right to deny any return.

30-Day Return Period:
Dock Shop will review for authorization (RMA) forms submitted for return up until 30-days from the original purchase date. All authorized returned items must be in sellable condition, including packaging – if any. A 20% restocking fee will
be incurred unless product is determined defective, shipped incorrectly or prohibited by law.

Freight:
Freight (to and from) on returns or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer. Dock Shop upon receiving items of return or exchange will review against the (RMA) and the originating order. If items are determined to be defective or shipped incorrectly a refund of freight for all but the originating shipment will be issued. See “Refund Method” below.

Non-Reimbursable Items:
Non-reimbursable items include labor, delivery and or installation services and items that are damaged or abused.

Refund Method:
Refund will be in the same form as original purchase. Approved RMA’s will be refunded within (10) - business days from the return or exchange items being received.

Rebate policy:
Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the Dock Shop refund amount. Unless noted otherwise, all rebates are limited to (1) per
product, household or address.
